How too make the best out of a rain-out
Started off at GAR Motorsports complex Friday afternoon approx. 3:15pm
"Commercial Time" master mind / Crew Chief Adam Schwegel came as poster boy for
GAR Motorsports answering questions along with my pops for the commercial interviews.
After having a lot of takes Adam pulled through, even though Quinn Broad Casting sponsor
of GAR Motorsports stumped him with a couple of questions he pulled through "good
job." After commercial I went home to get ready for big date??? Was really fun had a
great time with her. Her and her family are huge racing fans there uncle races at Wall
Stadium and they go there every week. Thanks Kelly for the great time and maybe if you
Dirt fans are lucky you wills tart seeing her at Bridgeport watching some hot guy race????
hmmm, all right maybe not hot but cute? Geeeze maybe not cute but some guy racing around
the track in the #88. Anyhow thanks Kelly IM sure we are going to have fun together. I
will end my personal life on that note back to racing.
Saturday morning "7ish" ran out to pickup my lovely cousin
and it was raining bad and we had a car show to go to in two hours, guess what it was
rained out and so was the races. The car show is rescheduled for the 18th so please feel
free to stop by and chat with me. Hey tell you what if waste time to come talk to me ill
give you a soda sound like a deal??? see you there 9am to 3pm high St. Millville, NJ we
will be in front of Quinn Broadcasting and WMVB 1440 Favorites primary sponsors of GAR
Motorpsorts. So on me and my cousin went out to breakfast and I was basically lazy the
rest of day I laid around and relaxed. Dina asked me to come to the POST probably should
have went but I was lazy so I ended up at a party with my cousins and just slacked the
rest of the day.
Sunday rolled around 12pm CEO Todd Toddels Jenkins From
southjerseydirtracing.com shows up, guess what we are doing? We is going racing Yahoo...
Before we went we decided to stop by and pickup up G. R. the Superstar Smith. He ended up
meeting us there and we raced for little and had tons of fun. We eventually left and went
back to G's house where we were on a mission to find Miracle Whip in his castle. Man I
would hate to lose anything in that place you would never be able to find it. Shortly
after we left for the radio show where G. R. was making a live appearance on the show. He
looked like he had fun there I think it was great Doug Hoffman called up and talked for a
bit. After the show we had a plan of going back to Go-Kart Speedway so I left solo racing
back there to try to keep it open for us to race there after the show was over I made it
and man did we have fun that night. Me and G.R. had two really close races I think onetime
I passed him last lap of race for lead and he gave me shot last turn of race and beat me.
Can't forget to mention Todd didn't look bad he was racing with me for a while and he was
really fun "rumor has it he was waving to crowd on parade lap " so my guess is
he got his rocks of that night "lol." I had tons of fun you guys were great Nick
was really cool when we were flagging I almost ran into him messing with him sorry Nick
didn't mean to make you jump. Oh you after Smith invited me and Todd to a Karaoke place we
had fun thanks G. R. were going to start hanging out more often. Thanks guys for the great
weekend can't wait for next rain out lol...... Cya on da track Rob Pierce
