Team News 11/7/01: Well we survived, was a tough 13 weeks though.
Beating and hitting red and white steel objects isn't fun anymore so by the last two weeks
I decided to try to stay away from them. Good move huh? ya my dad and crew though so too,
gee wonder why? Anyhow cars in shop on jack stands getting ready for two parades Millville
and Vineland's Parades which are on 23rd and 24th of November. Since everyone is wondering
what we have up are sleeves for 2002 I'll fill you in on some information. All right the
rumors about two car team is true. Adam Schwegel Crew Chief of the #88 in 2001 season is
new hired gun for the 2nd GAR Motorsports Racecar. The 88 and the 2nd car will be in
action at Bridgeport Speedway running in the Sportsman Division. Hopefully I will be doing
some traveling maybe Syracuse, Hagerstown, Delmar???? Will see.... Anyhow we have plans to
be attending the Pennzoil Motorsports shop will keep everyone posted on that. We will be
with Lucas Racing Competition Engines again this season. Now some personal stuff ....
Well, Hagerstown what can I say.... Well, didn't make it in Cuda Club as everyone probably
heard we ended up going to a so called "Homosexual Bar" and to top it off we
seen an official pimp Daddy at Denny's and it was not T-diddy. The night in Hotel was
little crazy first off the key cards never work and suck big time!!! But the best thing I
recall about the Hotel that night was the Luggage cart. By the end of the night I was
making some fast times down 3rd floor beating out captain insano. Anyway let's move on
show we? Delmar all I have to say is I didn't break the radio!!!! Sorry too the gang for
breaking the radio thanks for the new girl that "spits" and CINDY "My
Princess" for sticking up for me that was sweet. Anyhow I would like to thank my new
friends my old friends and my new enemy's for being there for my rookie year was tough but
man I had a lot of fun. You guys are the best!!!! IM sure ill see you guys at the Banquets
New Egypt and Bridgeport and if I don't cya there then ill be sure to catch ya at the
Pennzoil Show, God Bless and have safe off season... Rob
